Is a family-owned house, and the lady is very, very polite - it makes you feel like home.
Rooms are very tidy and colorful, every room has different furniture, TV each room and private bed.
Good and generous breakfast.
The house is situated in the outskirts of Edinburgh. It's a three-star house first category, but in my opinion it can be a four-star.
In front of this house there is a big commercial center and just around the corner on the other side you will find plenty of buses that take you to the city center in 15 minutes.
