Wake Up London

Wake-Up London is great for travelers just looking for a place to sleep. It is a budget hostel en par with YHA hostels. It provides the basic amities such as kitchen, Internet access, and both private and dorm style rooms.
Pros:
1. Close location to tube stations, north edge of Hyde Park and Paddington Station.
2. 24 hour access to the building
3. Good Internet access available at a reasonable rate.
4. Clean bedrooms with linen, secured closets for storage and a sink.

Cons:
1. To reach some of the rooms it's a long trek involving a lot of stairs.
2. The hallway smelled like a toilet.
3. The bathrooms were not dirty but definitely not monitored for tidiness.

Friendly Encounters: Low. 1 chatty Italian who was visiting his girlfriend in London.
