The Villas Bali Hotel and Spa

I went to Bali for a week and stayed in the Villas Bali Hotel and Spa with a few of my friends. We stayed in the three-bedroom pool villa and it was awesome. We chilled around the pool a lot of the time when we weren't shopping or at the beach, and got the staff to cook barbeque in our room some nights which was really nice.
I had a look at the other rooms and they were really nice too because we met some people staying in the smaller rooms.
The location of the hotel was really convenient and central in the Seminyak area where a lot of the good restaurant are.
We also had to check out the Prana spa which was really nice. It felt like I was back in India which was weird but the massage was great.
The price isn't exactly cheap, but when split by four and having such privacy and big grounds, it was really worth it. Service was good when we had it but we were self-contained most of the time. I'd recommend this hotel for families and groups of friends who want privacy and to have a relaxing time in Bali in the middle of the action.
We can't wait to go back.

I just came back from Bali with five friends, and we all stayed at the Villas Bali. The Villas were absolutely amazing. With six of us, we got the three-bedroom villas, which were all organized around our own private swimming pool, living room, and dining area. All these facilities were gated and surrounded by a wall. Every morning, a personal chef would come in, set up the dining room table, and cook breakfast to order!

The rooms were tastefully done, and most of the bathrooms were open-air bathrooms. The rooms all have thatched roofs, and there were plenty of Buddhist sculptures around each villa. For a honeymoon or a private getaway, this is the ultimate in romance and intimacy.
