It is very central, near Independence Square. The staff are efficient with good English. We had a comfortable room (but no bath plug) looking out at the back towards another main street, but with a building site in between. Luckily we were only woken one morning by the clang of scaffolding, as there were public holidays for Independence Day. The dining room was being refurbished, so we had breakfast next door at the Stradivari Café, where we sat outside and watched comings and goings on Kreschatik Street.
