There’s no negative word that I can use to describe how fantastic this hotel is. I would personally give a six-star rating. Once I reached it, the hotel’s personnel greeted me with friendliness and warmth. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I was quite disappointed when I found out that my room was on the sixth floor. God knows what views I would get but once again, I’m wrong. Though I only stay on the sixth floor, I had a nice view of Cardiff City. The room has large windows and it’s elegantly furnished with contemporary design. It’s fully carpeted and equipped with an iron, ironing board, trouser-presser and safety deposit box. The bed is big and very comfortable and the pillow is so soft and comfy. The cupboard is huge and acts like a television rack and wardrobe all in one. The mini-bar and tea- and coffee-making facilities are hidden in one of the cupboard compartments too. It has a mini hi-fi and the television has more than five channels. The best part is, it has a speaker in the toilet so I can hear the music while I’m bathing. It’s totally fantastic! It has a huge tub and a separate shower room complete with shower foam, shampoo, and hair cap.
The restaurant served buffet breakfast with varieties of cereals, croissants, hash browns, and juices to choose from. The hotel has lots of facilities like a swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym, but I didn’t get to indulge in any of the facilities as time is limited and I wanted to visit most of the attractions in a day.
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to Cardiff.
