Uncomfortable family vacation, only interested in your money

For the price - I had my doubts. I wanted to like it. But it disappointed. So-So rooms. Aloof service. Screaming famlies. The restaurants are terrific. Great location attached to Mall. But just not what I had hoped.

Everything you can expect from a hotel in its class, plus some more. :) The elevator was outside the building though, so for those scared of heights, the journey won't be mellow.

This is as good a hotel as there is. Very high quality in every respect. If you are travelling for business or looking for a place nice enough to take your wife this is the place. It is an excellent value and the location could't be better.

Pan Pacific is a full service hotel that is always ready to serve. They are quick to respond to any request. Plus the gym was excellent.
