Looks great from the outside, looks great from the inside, but... rooms are plain-jane. The biggest problem is upkeep and service. The hotel ran out of shampoo, power went out for over an hour, elevators stopped working. While having breakfast in the restaurant, waiters started rearranging tables all around us. Gift shops, etc., open and close whenever they feel like it. Bed had no cover over the sheets, shower leaked badly.
On the plus side, the management tried hard to cope with the numerous problems. Food in the restaurant was good. But for what is supposed to be the best hotel in the country, a real let-down.
