Kehoe House

Although I've never stayed there, I would highly recommend at least going to see the Kehoe House. The 4-story house has a long history. Mr. Kehoe, an owner of iron mines, built the house for him, his wife, and their children. After they all passed away (some in not so good ways), the house was passed around, and eventually turned into a mortuary. When the mortuary finally closed in the 70s, the house was passed around from owner to owner once again—almost being turned into a disco. Finally, after the neighbors complained about the disco, the house was sold and turned into a bed-and-breakfast. Although all rooms are said the be haunted, 2 rooms in the house actually require you to sign a waiver that you will still pay your bill even if you have to leave in the middle of the night, because so few people make it through the night there. These 2 rooms were once the embalming rooms of the mortuary. If you like ghosts stories, you'll love to stay here. Even though the price is steep, it would still be worth it for a night.
