The Baltschug has excellent customer service-VIP treatment. They make you feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to everything-immediate access to the Red Square, shopping and dining.

Wonderful Vacation at Baltschug

I stayed in Baltschug Kempinski in November 2006 as I visited my friends in Moscow and fully enjoyed that time. Everything – from design to service – matched the highest standards of a luxurious 5-star hotel. The friendly staff and excellent service made staying in this hotel an absolute pleasure.
The room was supremely comfortable for my 14-days stay. The view from my hotel room was breathtaking and unique – St. Basil’s cathedral and Kremlin – just across the river. Besides, the subway can be accessed in 2 minutes, what made moving across Moscow absolutely easy.
Baltschug provides high service in all spheres. Besides, the spa offered excellent massages for reasonable rates and very good skin treatment in its beauty centre that I would recommend to all guests. The staff always tried to be helpful and made my stay very pleasant.
The quality of the furnishings and amenities in my room were of the highest standard. I would advise to request a room on the side with a view over the Kremlin.
Finally, I would like to say that my stay at the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow was absolutely worth paying the rate and left me with pleasant memories.

I Got Everything I Expected

I stay in Moscow regularly for business (generally for couple of nights) and have stayed at a range of the city's hotels over time, including in the main business area .

Check-in was polite and efficient . Rooms have been laid out with a lot of thought and respect to detail, especially for fittings and lighting + marble bathrooms are great .
With the dig now over, access by foot from the main city center business and/or shopping area is easy, despite the riverfront location.

Perfect Hotel to Stay in at Moscow

I was fortunate to visit Baltschug in less then a year ago-in October 2007 and appreciated highly all the amenities of this luxurious Moscow hotel. The rooms are amazing, the service is very friendly and the location is superb. Right from the window of your room you can be rewarded with the best view in Moscow overlooking Red Square and the Kremlin.
I'd strongly recommend Baltschug not only for tourist trips, but for business-trips also. It is a perfect place for organizing conferences and meetings with business partners at the top level of quality (there are 8 conference rooms with all the necessary equipment). Moreover, all services worked efficient and roused no censure.
Restaurant Baltschug and Café Cranzler are well worth the premium – they both offer a wide choice of delicious European, as well as Russian dishes. So I really believe that Baltschug it is the best Moscow city hotel I have experienced so far and think it is the best choice for all Moscow visitors.
