The hotel is OK but the food is hit or miss. Also, the front desk staff is not exactly flexible or well-informed regarding any all-inclusive deals. You CANNOT add on any all inclusive-packages AT the hotel.

Worst night spent in Acapulco. The beds were hard the AC could not be regulated so either freeze or turn off. It took forever to check out. I will never step foot in that hotel again
