My cousin had her reception at the lodge and it was very nice. The hall isn't very large, but then again there weren't many of us. Nice bar, small dance floor and the food was very impressive. We also went to the main lodge a few times for breakfast which was at a fair price. There is golf available right outside of the smaller lodges for those who like the sport. The guest lodges were very quaint. Lots of wood available for the fireplaces, but we found our room quite comfortable. At night we would leave all the windows open and get the cross breeze; very good sleeping weather. I have never seen so many stars as I did at night up here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is really looking to relax and rewind, perhaps have a nice, stay in bed with your companion, kind of weekend.
