Plenty of narrow, traffic-free roads enable you to enjoy the nature.
There are a large number of old Portuguese style mansions surrounded with coconut and cashew nut trees, a look at them transports you to the old golden era.

The prices of hard drinks and cocktails are quite reasonable.
There is a backup for power failure.
You are somewhat secluded but very close to the happening, noisy areas.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped.
Resort Experience:
Though they call it a studio, the apartment had a one bedroom and hall kind of accommodation. The hall had a round cast iron type with a glass top. There was a metallic fruit basket and a candle stand on it. There was a pullout type sofa along with regular ’retinue’ and matching blinds. The TV stand was fixed in to a fire place kind of opening on one side. On the top counter of this fireplace we could see the 'wine cutlery' reminding us that the drinks are quite inexpensive at Goa. The kitchen was spacious with a gas hob and an oven toaster grill but no microwave. There were utensils and crockery for a party of four. The bedroom had a queen-sized bed and a beautifully designed wooden almirah. There were two balconies one attached to the hall and the other attached to the bedroom but they were small and therefore we could not enjoy sitting there. The bathroom was OK-ish...it did not have a bath tub. Washing clothes is prohibited but the rule is not taken seriously. There is a generator so you are not troubled if the electricity is not there. The air- conditioners were also very powerful. Milk, bread, butter, and essential groceries are available from the counter. The housekeeping staff is well trained. They had pleasant manners and used to come with a huge supply of cleaning material. The bed-sheets, towels, napkins, etc., were always impeccably clean. Vehicle hire, sight-seeing trip booking, and bookings for water sports are also done at the reception counter, which is quite a help. The resort does not have any activity except ‘housie’ and a Table Tennis table at one end. The swimming pool is in the open and with construction going on in the adjacent area one doesn’t feel like enjoying a swim.
The small size of the property, lack of huge gardens, couple of stray dogs, and construction activity does not permit you to really spend time in the resort. The road leading to the property is not properly lighted which makes it dangerous and unpleasant to venture out in the nights for a stroll. In case someone is not of the type who likes to go to a pub every day then nights could be quite uninteresting. The only small in-house restaurant is right on the pathway that leads to various rooms. The place is open from all sides and is surrounded by apartments therefore there is no privacy while eating but plenty of good choices are available in the vicinity. As you are close to a big town you really do not feel a bit uncomfortable owing to the small inconveniences. If you have a vehicle and are looking at the resort only for a comfortable stay then you should be highly satisfied. I really wish that the management takes care of small minus points which I have written. In that case this place would become one of the prime properties of Goa.
