Springhill Suites is a great place for families in town visiting Six Flags. It doesn't offer any of the perks that the amusement park hotels in Florida do, but at least it's close. It’s about a 5-minute drive to the park. It’s too bad they don't offer a shuttle service, because parking is expensive. It’s $12 to park close to the gate and $6 for parking elsewhere. Parking is free at the hotel, though - too bad you can’t walk. There is a free breakfast at the hotel you can take advantage of before you and the kids make it to the park. Rooms have separate living and dining areas. They also have fridge, microwaves, and a wet bar. They also have free wireless Internet access, so you can take care of business while on vacation.
