Good Choice

Our first choice was El Monasterio, but there was no availability, so one of our friends suggested the Libertador. We tried it and came out pleasantly surprised, the rooms were amazing and the food was top notch. The staff managed to give us all the guidance we needed for our stay, we were never lost, and we felt like there was always someone looking after us during our stay in Cusco.

It Has a Unique Style

After what everyone says about the wonders of Cusco, we decided to go over there, and they were right, we had never seen so many wonders together. To begin with we stayed at the Libertador and we were very close to several archaeological complexes that we visited. The hotel keeps the Inca style that gives it a unique style and is very attractive. In general, an unforgettable experience, I was quite happy to stay there.

Centrally Located

The hotel had a great location. Cusco is a pretty small city in terms of touristy places, so everything is pretty much within a walking distance. This was great because the hotel is located very close to the central plaza which is were everything happens.
There are also very good restaurants close by which was great if you like wondering further than the hotel.

Yeey for Jacuzzi's

I was so happy to hear they had jacuzzi´s at the hotel when we got back from our first hike. When you go to Cusco you know to bring your hiking boots, but you never imagine that many ruins!! I would be soooo tired by the end of the days. So my husbad and I were thrilled to use their jacuzzi´s in the evenings. It really helped us to unwine. To top it off i recommend a pisco sour, but be careful!

Invigorated in Cuzco

The legend that Cuzco is a place to get invigorated and rejuvenated is completely true; after a long walk around the city markets we decided to go in the sauna to relax a bit and get "recharged" for our next stop. That night we slept like babies in our suite and the next day we took off for our second destination. What’s curious was that even though we were 60 years old, we kept up with the young kids that were with us….Cuzco is definitely a mystic city.
