We found the Kredo hotel (http://www.kre-do.hr/) on the Internet and liked the fact that it was on the seaside. The hotel is a 19th-century residence situated on the shores of Cikat's Silver Bay, with eight rooms and two apartments. It is fully air-conditioned, and only a short stroll from the centre of Mali Losinj.

The hotel is near some camping grounds, but they were deserted at that time of the year--although one could imagine it being full in summer. We were surprised to see we were the only guests in the hotel for a couple of days, which only meant that it was very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable, so we enjoyed sleeping in till late every day!

There was a pathway going in both directions from the hotel and that was beautiful to go for a walk or bike riding, as it was level and had views of the sea.

Just outside the hotel was a bathing beach, which I guess would be very nice and handy in the summer.
