Stonewater Spa

I know I won't get a great review on this submission, since this is hearsay (from a family member), but I still thought people should know what natives of Greenwich think of this spa. My parents went once for a massage and thought it was quite nice. The services seem to be okay and the ambiance is nice. The big problem is that they have terrible customer service. They were terribly insensitive about a personal situation where a gift certificate had to be refunded. Long story short, I feel that there are many wonderful spas in the Greenwich area, including Greenwich Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage (203) 253-5576 or New Age Day Spa (203) 359-4941.
I just don't understand how a spa that relies on repeat visitors in a town like Greenwich would rather risk bad reviews than help out a person in a rough situation. I've studied marketing extensively and customer service is key. It's a fact that someone will contact more people about a bad experience than a good one.
