Best Things About the Resort:
This was a first-rate place. The rooms were great and the people at the front desk were so very helpful.
Resort Experience:
We got a room on the fourth floor, which we recommend. We had four people in our one bedroom and the fourth floor had a workout room, hot tub, roof, and a bathroom, which we kind of used as an extra bathroom. The extra bathroom did come in handy. The front desk guy, Omar, and the concierge, Lewis, were beyond helpful as far as recommending room and then getting us on guest lists at the hot club spots so we could get in free without having to wait in line, and it worked. They were always there to open doors and help in any way possible. This was a great place. South Beach was happening even though the weather was a little on the cold and windy side.
