We can't recommend this B&B enough.
First, you are as close as you can stay to the Cliffs of Moher in any facility. It is a long walk or a short drive north up the road.
Second, this is the neatest, cleanest, most comfortable B&B we've encountered in Ireland. The beds are firm and comfortable, not mushy or worn out. The linens are new, crisp, and clean. We arrived, tired from a long plane flight and elected to take a short nap prior to dinner and an evening trip to the Cliffs of Moher. I think it was the next best thing to being in our own bed. The rooms are well furnished and nicely coordinated. Bedside lamps and tables are on either side and a large dresser is available for longer stays. Upstairs rooms have a lovely view and downstairs is perfect for older guests who don't want to traverse the stairs. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with large showers (many in Ireland are a bit cramped). There is a nicely furnished guest lounge with comfortable chairs and couches and a peat fire burning. A nice selection of books and magazines are available. It is perfect for planning the next days adventures utilizing the extensive collection of maps and tourist information available in the entryway alcove. Be careful of the chairs by the fire, they invite dozing off after a long day hiking around the Cliff of Moher and the Burren.
Third, the food at the breakfast is some of the best we ate anywhere including expensive restaurants. You will be seated in a large dinning room with white linens draping immaculately set tables. The room is well lit from two large windows. There is a buffet table that includes a selection of fruits, juices, and cereals including tea and good coffee while you peruse the impressive menu. You can choose between the typical full Irish breakfast, smoked salmon and eggs, pancakes, and other gourmet treats. The food tastes as good as it sounds, and is prepared in the adjoining kitchen and serve hot with brown bread and a selection of tasty jams and jellies. The coffee is real, not instant! This is the perfect start to a day of exploring the many interesting attractions in the area. Your hostess will offer suggestions and directions to anything you might want to do while waiting attentively on your table.
The location is very easy to find as it is just up the road from St. Brigid's Well and on the main road to the Cliffs of Moher. The driveway up is steep and there is a large parking area. A friendly black and white dog is sure to greet you as you step out. More information for directions, reservations and the facilities are available at:http://www.cliffsofmoher-ireland.com/index.html
