Quote: Room was clean but decor very outdated. Continental breakfast food was average. Bagels were moldy, trash cans were disgusting and the tables and chairs were in serious need of going to the dumpster. The eating area was dark and dreary. When we politely commented to the owner that his tables were nasty, he got very offended (same with the moldy bagels). For the money (we paid about $*/night), it was okay but I'd avoid the food if possible.
Quote: The room we got looked like it was last updated in the 70's. Back when it was recently finished it would have been quite nice, but time took its toll, and the room was in pretty bad shape. The pool was closed "due to circumstances beyond our control", whatever that means. The tv was small and blurry, the bed was like a sheet of plywood on some springs. Both hard on the surface and squishy at the same time. Like sleeping on just an old boxspring. We had a room on the back of the building and it was somewhat sketchy. Would not recommend staying here.
Quote: if your going to stay in a hotel for $ a night can you really complaine about anything? in todays economy, people are lucky to find a hotel under $. and if you only pay $ can you really expect to get service'c that others are paying upward of $. i have stayed there a few time and i enjoy my stay every time im there. the front desk is great and they even kept the pool open for an extra hour for me. for $ you really cant complaine!
Quote: Rooms are not cleaned. Sheets and Pillowcases are dirty and smell. Maids did not clean bathroom or room during stay. Facility is old and run down.
Quote: Nice clean room. Continental breakfast was very good. Hubby loved the coffee! Great value for the money!
Quote: My family and I stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend away. The breakfast was pretty good. The location and prices was OK, but I won't ever stay here again. The pool was green and the hot tub was brown and nasty. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The toilet which wasn't very stable and needed about a 10 minute break before it could be flushed a 2nd time. There was no house keeping to clean up our room between day 1 and 2. I wasn't sure whether to feel secure or not when we were unloading our luggage and the local police were combing the parking lot.
Quote: The bedding was not clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pool area also needed to be cleaned better.
Quote: A few hundred feet from the Interstate 90 exit in Willoughby (an eastern suburb of Cleveland), you'll find a cluster of hotels and restaurants catering to travelers of all sorts. If you need a moderate place to stay, there is a Courtyard by Marriot and Fairfield Inn at this exit. However, if you need a budget place to stay, the Travelodge across the street from the other two hotels is a good option, costing approximately $60 per night. As you might expect with a budget hotel, it is not great, but not bad either. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our single night stay. The bathroom, though, did have some strange stains on the floor—it appeared to be some water damage.Next to the hotel office is a pool. Though we did not... Read More
