Wonderful Stay in the Southwest

We accidentally stumpled onto this spectacular bed and breakfast.
We were so tired of the chain hotels where we were just another number and decided to give Dreamkatchers a whirl. What a whirl - wonderful food - love those smoothies - yes we did - most comfortable beds on our entire trip and fantastic hosts to guide us the right direction for getting the most for our money.

We have recommended this place to all our friends and family and hope to come back again ourselves.

They Are Back

They Are Back

We stayed with Dreamkatchers back in 2006 and had a fantastic time - eloquent breakfasts - centrally located to Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon.

Staying a week in April with them again - doing Antelope Canyon and THE WAVE hiking trails locally and of course wonderful Lake Powell.

Dreamkatchers closed for a couple of years and reopening again in April 2009 - its hard to find contact information since after talking with them found out that they are waiting on their webmaster for new design of website - found them myself on http://www.myspace.com/dreamkatchers.

Looking forward to another wonderful stay.

This bed and breakfast was centrally located to all our destination spots that we wanted to see. Its 4 hours from Phoenix or Las Vegas; 2 hours from the Grand Canyon,  Zion, Bryce, and Monument Valley; 13 miles from Paria Slot Canyons; and 7 miles from Lake Powell

There are three rooms. The house was designed as a bed and breakfast with lots of privacy, a den that looks out towards the Lake, and a hot tub deck outside looking towards the Lake and mountains. No words can give an accurate description of the Milky Way at night. There is a patio with a water fountain and music that looks towards the Escalante Mountains (where they filmed the Planet of the Apes in the '60s).

Breakfasts were superb. We stayed 10 days and had a different menu each morning. We skipped lunch entirely. The house was immaculate, and the hosts did all the bookings for the various tours at the Lake for us. They just pointed us in the directions to go and it was all done. We were completely pampered.
