Room met my standards.

Room was small, but from what I understand, is pretty standard for NYC.
The carpet smelled alittle musty, like it had been wet and not properly aired out.
Water pressure could have been better, as my hair is long and it took forever to rinse.
Staff was excellent and very courteous.
The complimentary breakfast was very good.
Family vacation

Good location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The free morning breakfast had enough selections for our family.
Rooms are tiny, but I guess that's what you get in NYC. The bathroom had a slightly musty smell.
More positives than anything though.Would recommend

I researched hotels for a month before our trip. I decided on this one after reading all the reviews and was not dissappointed. The room was small for 4 people but I already knew this. The room was very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausages , bacon, breads, yogurt, juices.. Just be down before 8:00 am or it gets crowded. There are very few tables. The hotel has free Wi-fi in rooms and two computers with a printer in the Lower level, free for guest use. The hotel is centrally located in midtown about a ten minute walk to Times square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, Empire state building and close to the subways. I would definatley stay here again... Three days of heaven in New York. ****
A great NYC Experience!!

We received EXCELLENT service at this hotel. The staff was superb and catered to our every need as if we were celebrities. The room was clean and sufficient for four women and all their "stuff." The breakfast buffet was delicious, but a little crowded due to lack of space in the lobby. But, just the simple fact that a buffet was available with "real food" was wonderful and saved us lots of money. I would DEFINITELY stay again as this hotel was located perfectly for everything we wanted to do. Just a short walk to Times Square.
A good choice!

The rooms are small, but they are stylish & functionally laid out. Hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen in this class of hotel. Yeah for fresh fruit -- bananas & oranges -- every day. Large selection of carbs, too. Also, one or two attendees in the breakfast area make sure that the buffet is constantly restocked & the area kept clean.
