We booked here because the part of wedding party that was coming in from out of town was staying here. I figured that since the bride and groom recommended it, it would be nice enough, and being a Best Western, I trusted the name.
However, we were very disappointed by this hotel and will never stay here again, nor tell anyone else.
There was only one set of towels (for one person) in the room when we got there. We asked for another set of towels and were told that they don't give anymore out until the room gets cleaned. We told them that there were two of us and they finally gave us another set after much complaining. They believed we were going to steal those grubby towels.
Our TV was on the fritz and we were afraid to tell them about it because I doubt that if we did they would have done anything about it. You'd try to watch something and it would blink and shatter in and out.
The room itself was stale-smelling and just not comfortable.
The day we put out the sign saying we needed maid service, we never got any, after having the maid-service sign on the door for the better part of the day. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
