Rude Service Abounds, Stay Elsewhere.

The Wynn Hotel is a big dissapointment. Although the rooms are fairly attractive, they charge extra for everything except the air that you breathe. I had dreadful service at the Wynn Buffet twice. Once a rude staffer ignored my polite request and then yelled at me. Another time I had a run in with a truly nasty manager. She was a disgrace to the hospitality industry. On top of it, the food there was mediocre. The Wynn Hotel has a lot of pretention but that is about it. In this economy there are plenty of choices that offer far better rates and polite, efficient service. I visit Las Vegas about a dozen times a year and will take my hard earned dollars to a resort that appreciates my business.

Our room was spacious and luxurious with amenities like an iron and ironing board . Hotel staff was friendly. We asked for 2 queen beds instead of a king bed that had been reserved and it was no trouble to change this. We did have a problem with the key cards not working one night but this was immediately corrected. From talking to other guests, this seemed to be a problem they were experiencing at the time. Food was somewhat high in their restaurants but as a returning ex-resident of Las Vegas, I was aware that prices on the Strip are higher than eslewhere. Overall I was very pleased.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I had such a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and the facilities were wonderful. We would definitely go back. The Wynn gave us a terrific family vacation...even though my children are teenagers they had a blast.

The Wynn Las Vegas is top notch. From the helpful, friendly staff to the luxury linens in the rooms, everything was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved the Wynn each time we visit. Gorgeous rooms with spectacular views of the Strip. Fabulous restaurants. The duck tasting menu at Wing Lei was superb. Bartolotta was also terrific. My only complaint about the hotel is the intrusive music played all day in the casino and at the pool, as well as spotty turn-down service.
