Not bad, but not great.

Sparse amenities. NO WIRELESS, no internet at all without paying additional fees. Hard to believe in 2007. I hadn't even looked for this option because it is so fundamental now. No breakfast other than an apple and coffee in your room. The onsite restaurant was available but, again, it costs extra.
Otherwise, very clean room, with a great, comfortable bed. Incredibly easy access to the interstate.

We had a lovely time in boston. Stayed at sheraton colonial hotel and club. Loved the location and the city itself, which was wakefiield. It was right off the freeway, very convenient to get on and off freeway. Very easy to get around.Employees were nice and helpful. Stayed for 8 days. Didn't have a single problem. Except the disney channel and one other channel didn' work, so they gave us a free movie to wach, since those two channels weren't available. Very easy company to deal with. Want tot thank the hotel for giving us a wonderful service.
Thank you,
rose

Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. It was our first visit to the Boston area so we had no clue on what to do or how to get around. Once we got to our hotel that was no longer a problem. The staff gave us ideas and led us in the right direction to make our stay as wonderful as can be.
We sure had a good nights sleep. The room was very roomy and clean and the bed was hard to get out of because it was very comfortable.
We ordered room service one night while we were there and in a snap there was a knock at the door and there it was.
Our stay was a difinate pleasure and we can't wait to visit the area sometime soon !!!
Beware: I wouldn't stay there again

The first thing is that when we checked in they took us to room that was smaller than my bathroom at home. And we told them that we had an infant and needed a crib, fridge, & microwave. There wasn't enough room to put those 3 things in there and walk around. So we went to the front desk and they did upgrade us to a suite (for a small fee, of course). I don't know where the travel agent got the pictures of this hotel but the rooms look nothing like the photos they have. And we had a remodeled room. The bathroom was a small closet. You could use the bathroom, stick you feet in the tub, & brush your teeth all at the same time. There was a large spring sticking out of the mattress that I cut my let on several times. And it was in the middle of a (so called) upgrade and it was noisy and just a mess outside. The food - we won't even go there. Horrible and horribly expensive. There is no restaurants around the hotel. You have to drive if you want to eat. But you can hop right onto the highway from their front door. The fitness center is AWESOME! It has nothing to do with the hotel. It is the Boston Sports Center and is located behind the hotel BUT there is only certain times that you could go there to enjoy the pool. The staff was friendly and sorta helpful. Overall we definitely would NOT stay there ever again and they will be getting a letter from us! Don't stay there.

We stayed four nights here and we thought the location was great. Easy access to downtown Boston, NH, and Maine. We made it to downtown on a Friday AM (around 7:30) in thirty minutes!
The hotel has a great fitness center, excellent and abundant equipment, dry and wet saunas, swimming, etc. The staff was great and courteous, a rarity among Northerners! We are planning another trip in the near future and this hotel is definitely in our plans. You must visit the Maine coast (esp. Kennebunkport) which is less than an hour from the hotel. Boston is a great place to visit and dine. Eat the lobster rolls and chowder and visit the Green Dragon Restaurant in Boston
(very historic Irish tavern).
