Description: I stayed here from 17 - 22 Aug 2012. Have to agree that the staffs were extremely friendly. Can't remember if this is the 3rd or 4th time staying in the same hotel but I like it's location. It's within walking distance to Podium and SM Megamall and situated right next to Galleria Mall. Best of all, it's only 7 mins taxi ride from Greenhills shopping centre. Don't need to worry about getting a taxi, the security at the entrace of the hotel will assist.
I love the bed...it's so comfortable, you can simply fall asleep when your head hits the pillow. The entire ambience was cosy. I ordered room service and they came within stipulated time.
My view on level 26 was spectacular as well.
One thing to note though. It would be good if the hotel can clean up the room every day. They missed 23rd Aug 2012. When I came back at night, the room was still not pack. I also realised that the hotel don't provide free drinking water on a daily basis. They only provide it on the first day. Most of the hotels I used to stay in provide free drinking water everyday so this might be an area to look into.
Another thing to note, they clear tables at The Fab restaurant really quick. I left the table to grab my second round of breakfast. When I got back, my table was cleared and another guest was already sitting there. The staff didn't hesitate to get me another table but I would seriously prefer to be at the same table with the view I enjoy.
