We were a high school golf team up for a tournament and the accommodations were great for our needs. I couldn't help noticing that there were a number of flight crews staying at this hotel and I wondered if the old saw about "looking for a good place to eat - ask a cop" might apply for flight crews. Would definitely come back if just for the great breakfast alone. You get over the airplanes flying so low very quickly (the place is on a flight path) and they did not disturb our sleep.
I thought it was a great deal

The staff was accomodating and the hotel was comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious continental breakfasts- bagels, waffles etc. Most importantly- it was super affordable yet very clean
Hold your opinion until you get inside.

Initially I was disappointed with the lack of curb appeal. As me and my girlfriend circled the property in the vehicle we began weighing our options, but reserved final decision until we assessed the room itself. As we checked in, our evaluation improved. The modest lobby and guest services area were simple but well maintained. The lady that checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Therefore without bags in tow, went ventured to our room to ascertain our final decision. Walking to the second floor we did not notice an obviously placed elevator nor did we see one during our stay. Opening the door to our room we were amazed and pleasantly surprised by the room and its overall appeal. I would rate the overall grade very high, but if you are looking for aesthetic value, the I suggest one of the neighboring lodges. I was really pleased with the hotel after the initial concerns, I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

There are several hotels on the strip outside of the Hartford Airport. This one looks to be the newest of the bunch. Staff was excellent, room was attractive and clean. Wide screen TV is a nice bonus - I only wish there was a DVD player with it. Surprisingly little noise from airplanes - the night clerk explained that the runway they normally use sends the planes in a direction that keeps the plane noise to a minimum. When you look out the front door, this is not a scenic neighborhood - otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again.

I think overall the hotel does very well with what they have to deal with. I think there should be more front desk help during the days, they are always busy and 1 person can't do eveyrthing
