the hotel manager was very rude, we left after only staying 2 nites out of our 10 day vacation, we went to the great parnassus and loved the rest of our vacation.

This hotel takes excessive reservations causing it to be over booked. So when the hotel is overbooked, they just transferred all the extra people to their sister Riu hotel. Their sister hotel is older, not as clean, and not as pretty as this Riu ...Read more
