Disappointed!

We have stayed at other Holiday Inns but this was our most disappointing experience. We got a room w/a whirl- pool and the tile floor under the sink, by the sink & around the whirlpool was stained & dusty & there was a half consumed water bottle in the frige. Mgmt sent up a cleaning lady to clean the floor & frige but as the night wore on we found other areas--dusty headboard, dirty mirrors. We left a letter w/the front desk & cut short our stay. So far no word from the motel!

One night - no hot water in room, was told could get continental breakfast early due to flight, then told "NO" the next morning, no ice bucket in room - given a laundry bag to carry ice to my room. Very disappointed!

great location-close to Manhattan Beach, LAX, LMU, shopping w/free parking. No frills but clean w/decent breakfast included & restaiurants nearby. Used it as a base to visit colleges.

A great find out of the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, but still close to everything. Only a few minutes from LAX and a couple of blocks from gorgeous downtown Manhattan Beach. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, huge clean and comfortable guest rooms. Would most definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean and spacious rooms; good restaurants and take outs nearby, close to beach, LAX shuttle and breakfast.
