The location of Woodbridge Day Inn was convenient for travel by train or air and also for shopping.

The reservation according to the desk manager did not include our children, although there were 2 children shown on the confirmation sheet.
Rollaway beds were available, but they would not give me one so I slept on the floor all 3 nights.
The manager on the first night wouldn't even give me an extra blanket.
First night there was a party going on, small children were running, SCREAMING up and down the hallways until 11:30 despite repeated requests to be quiet. Adults were yelling up and down the hallway to each other and doors were repeatedly slamming against the door jams.
Second and third night were quieter, but we never did get enough towels, and again, I slept on the floor for 3 nights.

i had a hard time locating the hotel as i arrived late at night and the roads in the area are quite convoluted and some intersections do not permit turns which was aggravating. anyhow, the hotel is inexpensive so i was not surprised to find that it's condition is fairly worn, though clean. the rooms are large and adequate, but have seen better days. the noise was low throughout the night, but became very loud first thing in the morning. i was awakened by noises in the hallway which turned out to be maintenance and cleaning staff working busily at 8:30 am. There was also a verbal dispute between a supervisor and one of the cleaning staff regarding assignments which was very loud and unpleasant. the free breakfast consisted of a meager offering of coffee, juice, cereal, milk, and cheap doughnuts. VERY basic. the staff were helpful and friendly. overall, this was a decent place to rest and then get going early for a very reasonable price. Not impressive or luxurious at all - just a no frills value for those who need a stopover along their way,

We had gotten a great deal and our commitment to it was locked. We arrived in the late evening and our reservations were handled very well. The enterance area and the hallways do have a bit of cigarette smoke odor, but not overbearing. The room was not one of the Ritz but we knew we didn't book the Ritz. It was clean, large, and adequate. We had it booked for 13 nights. Four of those nights, were spent in Canada, as we had decided to drive to Montreal and latter down through Niagra Falls. When we arrived, the room was made, the bathroom was cleaned. We had left some clothing and other unimportant items behind and all seemed to be in order. Like I stated before, there were a few other things like the door not opening or closing without rubbing a bit into the door jam which probably would not happen in a more expensive hotel but we just were looking for a place to get a good nights sleep and then hit the road again. Yes, the bed was a bit on the hard side as compared to my own but again, nothing we were not able to get used to for a short amount of time.
