Great Hotel!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any problems with our room, and found it extremely clean. The hotel is steps away from a bus stop that takes you right to the Port Authority terminal in NYC, which we found very convenient (return buses drop you off across the street from hotel- not a far walk). The hotel staff were very courteous and provided very good information and tips regarding NYC. The only problem we had was that we had to wait in line to check in (given it was a Friday around 3:30pm) as there was only one desk clerk on duty at that time.
Excellent stay!

An excellent value while visiting New York. We stayed for 3 nights and visited New York daily. The bus stop is located right outside the hotel. $2.55 each way gets you a 10-15 minute ride to the port authority where you can take a short 5 minute walk to the subway system. On the return bus trip the bus drops you across from the hotel, we had no problems crossing the street back to the hotel which is about a 5 minute walk. Staff was extememly polite and helpful, they printed several maps for us. Rooms were large and very clean, staff knocked on the door the first day to ask our satisfaction. They also waived the $10 fee for a rollaway. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good, very large servings. We could have easily split a serving between two people, especially kids. Free parking in a ramp next to the hotel, security is on sight. The area around the hotel appeared very clean and safe. Overall a great hotel and area. We will stay again on our next trip to New York City.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to celebrate our anniversary. We live only a few miles from this hotel. We like to stay local because we have kids. This was a really pretty hotel. We reserved the honeymoon suite, it had a jacuzzi tub and there were sliding blinds between the bathroom and the main room. We could be in the jacuzzi and watch tv. It was really nice, it gave the room such a pretty look. We went to a play in the city and stayed the night at the hotel. It was really nice and the staff was friendly. We would go back again.
