Rooms were clean. Upon arrival we could not locate a cart to help bring in the luggage nor did any staff offer their help. The key to the room stopped working several times, and the hotel closed the restaurant on July 4 and 5th. That we totally didn't get...isn't a holiday one of times people really look to use a hotel and restaraunt. Poor choice by its managers. All the staff was helpful and friendly except for one but we didn't pay him much attention. He caught his poor attitude and attempted to change it. Since there are other choices in the area, i would probably try another hotel.

is a good hotel but in my room there is not a security box and mini bar

Stayed in July 07 visiting NYC. Great hotel, difficult to find from freeways. Very quiet, heard no jets at Newark airport. Hotel had no water due to major watermain break , but hotel staff did their best to accommodate. Should have had a discount however as could not use tap water and lobby eating area was flooded and suffered damage. Breakfast was excellent- made to order items. Area was a bit strange, being in a bit of an industrial wasteland, but close to a great mall, Jersey Gardens. Would stay there again for sure,

More than 10 visits....Still very good service and quality. Very clean, free and secure park. highly recommended.

This hotel is beautiful, it's location is across the street from a large discount mall. It's location is right off of the turnpike exit. The hotel itself was well maintained
