we visit Bedford quite often and this was a pleasant surprise the room was updated and very CLEAN,staff veryhelpful, will be there again-breakfast could be improved,

Had nice managers reception in the evening and an outstanding breakfast set up in the AM. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean as always.
Overall experience from all staff was appalling.
