Good stay but a couple of improvements could be done.

Overall this hotel was one of the best I've been to. The staff overall was polite and helpful. The hotel room was very nice and good sized. The shuttle service was great and efficient. There were a couple very minor things I didn't like and it's no big deal but I'd thought I would share them with you. The first thing was the 15 dollar charge in case you use the phone to make long distance calls and to order movies and play games I wasn't aware of until I got to the hotel. I've been to many other hotels and they just kept my credit card number until I was checking out to use in case I did any of those things. This hotel charged me but it would go back on my card. It's no big deal but Ramada should mention this to customers on travel website before booking travel. The other thing was their TV. Half the channels were poor reception and 5 or 6 of the channels were dish network ads. They could of made better use of those channels for more needed travel related channels like the weather channel. This has got to be the first hotel/motel I've stayed at that didn't have the weather channel. Despite those very minor things, I would definitely stay at this location.

I am certainly eager to tell you about my trip to RIchfield, MN. I have 2 children Jon and Susie both are 5 (they are fraternal twins). We had a blast!! The kids especially enjoyed the pool they had palm trees and little pool toys for the children they didn't want to come out of the pool. Me and my husband were very pleased with the hotel front desk staff always looking professional and always smilling. I think other hotels should take tips from these guys. I would recommend anyone with kids to stay here we even took a free shuttle to the mall. The kids had a great time and so did we!! Special thanks to those at the Ramada Airport West good luck and Happy Holidays!!

I travel year round and I stay all over the United States and this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great location, close to food places and complimentary breakfast the pool the whirlpool and the awesome fitness center they had I had such a wonderful time there. The front desk clerks greeted me with a smile and were so eager to help me with any type of situation or any accomodation. I would advise anyone to stay here !

This was an enjoyable stay for us. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. I would recommend a fridge and microwave in it. We were greeted in a most friendly manner and even received complementary pizza, coke and a movie on them! There was also free shuttle service to the Mall of America and the airports which is nice. There was a bit of a problem finding ice in the hotel. The machines were either broke or out of ice. I saw many guests floor hopping looking for ice.Other than that, everything was excellent!

I was impressed with my recent stay. Rooms very comfortable, very clean. Complimentary breakfast bar had several items to chose from and was delicious. Hot tub on 2nd night was not hot but as far as comfort, thought this was minor.
