We have stayed at the Westin Villas two times now and have really enjoyed both vacations a lot! The villas are great for a family - it's so nice to have a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, etc. The pool is wonderful! Kids love the waterslide and poolside activities that go on all day. The staff is very friendly and accomidating. Room service was quick and food was very good. Highly recommend these villas! Not one complaint!! We will be returning later this summer for another great experience!

We arrived at the Resort and Spa section around noon on Friday, and because the addresses aren't displayed, and the hotel signs all say Westin Mission Hills, we were redirected about half mile down the road, after heading into the lobby. Once we were heading in the right direction, check in was easy, and we were in our room in a matter of no time. Now for the dirty part. - Literally. The room was dirty. I could tell a younger child was staying in the room before us, because there were tons of hand prints all over the mirrors and the glass door to the patio. -There were hairs in the bathtub, before we used it. -There was dust on pretty much everything. -There were stains all over the comforter on the bed -& One of the packets of tea in the kitchen was half open, as if someone was going to use it, and then later changed their mind, leaving it to me. On our last day,we asked the Concierge desk if they could locate a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for us. I waited in the car, and ended up looking one up on mobile yelp, which was more helpful anyway, because the lady told us there was no such thing, but there were tons of Starbucks. We had to check out at 10am, and after two days of staying up till almost 4 and waking up at noon, I did not want to wake up early Sunday to pack. Which basically meant I was not a happy camper that day.

Parking spaces were a bit limited, and the 10:am checkout time was a little too early; noon would have been more reasonable. Everything else was great, and we would definitely return if able to get the special rate we had, as opposed to the usual pricey rate.
