Clean it!

I've now stayed at this Westin twice and was disappointed both times. the grounds are beautiful, the pools very nice - but the rooms are awful...dirty and not well kept. I had dirty towels and soap in the tub and toys on the floor from the previous person, stained sheets and burnt out lighbulbs - and even when I requested these things be remedied - they were not. Two local people told me this Westin is known for being "icky"!
Need Lesson in Cleanliness....

Our room was dirty. Our feet were black from the carpeting, and when I picked up the bedskirt to make sure we did not leave anything behind, the area under the bed was full of bugs and filthy. The A/C only cooled our room to 83 degrees. Room service took 45 min to 1 hr, was expensive and dried out.

As a member of the Starwood Elite, I have stayed at many Westin Hotels and this one is the worst. The service was terrible. Despite our reservation request for a crib in the room, there wasn't one and then it took them over 2 hours to deliver one. We had no hot water for an entire day (not even a trace of warmth). The carpet was clearly not cleaned (candy and change right in the open). The closet door was hanging off the track and a danger to my 20-month old. The last straw were the ROACHES in our bathroom.

What a letdown! Our room was not ready until almost 6pm. We asked for a free meal and they said no. Tile was cracked in bathroom. I thought I would cut my foot. Bugs on carpet! One employee didn't speak enough English to tell us where the pool was.

I am 11 yrs old and i go here once a year. This place is amazing, great landscape, layout, and everything in between especially the staff. Very Beautiful and always leaves me speechless (in a good way)
