We stayed a week at the Westin in January. We were very pleased with our two bedroom unit. The second unit was a lockout unit...so it included another livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and patio. We stayed on the lower floor which made it easy to unload from our cars. The grounds are beautiful. There are four pools, exercise rooms, a gorgeous golf course, a restaurant, and a hotel. We stayed in the timeshares.
The beds are very comfortable, there's a fireplace in the bedroom and the livingroom.
The patio has a BBQ and table for four.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the storage in the kitchen. There wasn't any pantry for groceries. And the supplies were limited, if you like to cook. There were washers and dryers in each unit.

We booked 3 rooms via Travel agency. When we tried to call ahead to get them to be near each other, the hotel front desk and Travel agency pointed to each other, and we had to wait till check-in to get this ironed out. So if you have special requirements, book with Westin directly.
The hotel grounds, pools, and restaurant are very nice. They re-did the lobby and beds 2-3 years ago which look and feel good.
But the 16+ years of wear shows everywhere in the room. Chips in the bathtubs, shabby, stained furniture, loose tile in the bathroom, the list is long. We stayed in building 4, which is apparently one of the older ones.

We stayed a week at the Villas. The room was filthy. The carpet was stained, the coach & chair dirty, and a plate sat outside our neighbor's villa for housekeeping the entire week we were there. No one picked it up. It was gone the morning we were leaving. The service was bad. We had to wait 2 hours to check-in after the promised 4 p.m. check-in. Rates are WAY to high for what you get at this hotel. The best part is the pool with the slides for our kids. If they did not like that so much, we would not return. Westin...you really need to clean things up - - NOW!

As prospective timeshare buyers we got an OK room with good bed. Moderately clean. They were replacing every bed so stacks of mattresses everywhere. Snack Bar closed. Grounds Beautiful. Staff clueless. Food at both available restaruants was AMAZING and the highlight of our trip.
