Staff was rude, but room was okay

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 14, 2011
Quote: Decent for what I paid, but staff was rude and unhelpful.

Good Room, Interesting Clientele

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 13, 2011
Quote: The hotel is located very close to Chattanooga, TN and some of the great scenic areas around the city (Ruby Falls and Rock City). The room was a descent size and very clean. The staff was also very helpful and nice. There were a few issues with the... Read the full Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa review

Not for traveling with small children

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 7, 2011
Quote: We stayed at this hotel b/c of the great price. The front desk staff was friendly, however the room was dirty. The carpet was so nasty that after only 5 minutes of being in the room, our feet / socks were black from the grime. We were very unhappy... Read the full Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa review

Wrong Reservation

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 3, 2011
Quote: Our reservation was for a non-smoking room and we were given a smoking room with no option to change. We couldn't sleep due to the smell and we took it with us into the car.

GREAT VALUE

Quote: We didn't expect too much for the price - but was very pleased. Clean, well maintained and freindly. Breakfase and free internet. Very good Mexican restaurant just down the street! Great!

Anniversary getaway

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • December 11, 2008
Quote: Nice rooms, spa was comfortable. Pool is below average for a Westin. Close to the casino. Not a hotel in the normal sense, each building is a set of 5 room villas. Worst part about this was NO elevator to the second floor. Pack light.

Not up to Westin Standards

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • July 5, 2008
Quote: Upon entry, room smelled bad. Advertised refridgorator, had to order twice to get it. Arived 1/2 size as normal. Room set to 65 but only got to 80. 50 min for repair, finally ordered fan. Waited 35 more minutes.Said it would be there in 10. Left and... Read the full Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa review

Great time-quite-peaceful-romantic

  • 5 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • June 2, 2008
Quote: The facilities were very nice. We stayed in the Villa's, we enjoyed cooking our own food (I'm on special diet and needed to prepare my own Organic food, so the kitchen was wonderful). The heavenly bed was the best bed we've had at a hotel, it really... Read the full Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa review

There are better choices

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 17, 2008
Quote: Main pool area is fairly attractive, but it gets boozy on the weekends vs. the weekdays (many people ordering hard liquor BEFORE 11:00 AM Saturday morning so you can guess what 3:00PM is like!). If you are traveling with children or are not a fan of... Read the full Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa review

Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa
Quote: We stayed a week at the Westin in January. We were very pleased with our two bedroom unit. The second unit was a lockout unit...so it included another livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and patio. We stayed on the lower floor which made it...
