Surprised that this place can keep 3 star status. I would rate it a 1. Stained sheets,dirty carpet,dirty pull out chair/bed,leak by bathroom toilet, mold on shower curtain, only 2 of 4 pieces of excercise equipment worked.(waterpark was great) Didn't even get response from management when I complained by letter!!!! Go to waterpark but DON'T book a room!!

The Water Park is a blast! Been to the Dells, won't go back when I have this place so close to home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and the water park staff was awesome! Biggest thing - the whole place was clean as a whistle!!!! Highly recommend.

We got a bargain rate the week before Christmas--our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised! The water park is the best feature, it is clean, well-kept, and wristbands are included in price. Rooms need some updating but good enough for sleeping since we didn't spend much time in it. Front desk staff were helpful and nice.

We waited in line for an hour to get checked into the hotel. Guest representative that checked us in said hotel was short staffed and complained about management. Rooms dirty and unkempt. No amenities of any kind (just a bar of soap and plastic bag for the ice bucket) Check out was another hour wait. Only two guest representatives assisting a completely booked hotel. Threatened with an extra fee for not checking out by 11 am (we were in line by 10:15). We will never return. Waste of time
