Poor Customer Service

Had 2 rooms, one with working air conditioning and one without air conditioning the entire stay. The staff and mgmt did little to correct and did not give us another room. At the end of the stay they paid for a meal. Not an adequate trade off for not sleeping for 2 nights in a hot and sweltering room.

I stayed here early December 07 for a girls get-away weekend with my mom. This is a fabulous location close to great shopping and restaurants around South Coast Plaza. Our hotel room was gorgeous since it had just been remodeled with a large plasma TV, high end decor, furnishings, granite counters, etc. The beds were truly "Heavenly", and we loved the awesome view day and night from our 7th floor window. From check-in through check-out, we encountered excellent service, friendly staff, and a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Parking rates are pricey (either self or valet), but we found the valet parking to be very convenient as we buzzed in and out for shopping or dining. We highly recommend this upscale hotel with a spa-like feel and everything you could possibly want for a perfect weekend escape!

Loved the pool, the room, and especially the service!!! This hotel is gorgeous and quiet. Only 15 minutes from disneyland and Newport beach. You are able to stay away from the busy area of anaheim and the beach but you are still close enough to go to both and its attached to the mall.
