We stayed 2 nights-2 nights too long at this hotel. The online travel agency had said we could possibly change from 2 double beds to a king size-the front desk staff were very rude, and refused,(my husband is 6'6".) Also the elevators failed-so we had to walk up and down 6 floors to the lobby. There is no pool or jacuzzi. The room was passably clean, but the tv was a small one. 10 miutes into a movies for rent-the whole screen went black...I would NEVER stay at this hotel again-the Westin around the corner is alot nicer, with great customer service and location. This was a big letdown as we had gone there for our anniversary, turned out to be the one from hell...

Upon checking in all was going well. My daughter stayed the first night with me. I went back to California due to my dad being ill and Hospice was needed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom needs improvement. TV very out dated. Valet parking a bit disappointing not to mention paying for it. I was aware of the fee though. I stayed in the excecutive junior suite on the 15th floor. When I got to my room I did notice a small dent over 6 feet high on the wall. Didn't think much of it then. When I got home a checked my bank statement I noticed they charge me $* more. I was difficult to get a hold of the accountant and when I did he had no idea and said security would give me a call right away. I waited and waited and the called corporate regarding this situation. Printice was very helpful but unable to get any answers as well. After returning from work Scott the security left a message and I returned his call. I was being accused of puting a 2 inch hole in the wall and breaking the end table next to the bed. He was rude condescending and no matter what i said i was lying, even about my dad. I am physically and morally not capable of this. I now have to prove my innocense 2000 miles away. My advise, check your rooms upon arriving a report any damage no matter how slight. I am in total disbielf of this accusation. I stayed at the Omni in Chcago in a suite and for less, and had no problems. A great hotel in all ways.
Our Stay At the Hilton Woodland Hills Hotel

From the time we pulled into the driveway, we were taken care of like royalty. The Valets gave us immediate help with unloading and carrying our lugage into the hotel and also parking our vehicle. We were helped immediately at the front desk, all our questions were answered regarding eating facilities, what times for meals including the choice for buffet breakfast or regular breakfast. The reason we chose the Hilton was the area, since we wanted to be close to the area we needed to go to and the pricing, since we were on a limited budget. The hotel rooms were spotless. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we will definately go there again.
Thank you to the Hilton Hotel employees!!!!!!!!

The hotel is easy to find, clean, and the staff was helpful. There is no pool at the hotel-and the health club they give you "access" to does not allow children under 18. I had to call the front desk more than once for supplies that were supposed to be in the room, but the staff provided them without delay.
