Bad Bed

"This place looks great on the outside, however, they have a horrible bed, which was rock hard and I got a stiff neck the next day and my Girlfriend had serious back problems in the morning. We will never stay at this hotel again, and this hotel gives all Best Western Hotels a bad name."
