A bit of a let down

We chose this hotel because of the ammenities they advertised. Clean updated place with pool and spa. Opps, that wasnt accurate.
Updated yes, mostly clean and the beds were pretty good. However the elevators were out of service and the spa was not working. ( and apparently haven't worked in a long time) I cant say it was the worse place we have ever stayed, but I cant say it was the best either.
It would be nice if they would keep up on thier advertising of ther services they do or do not have. They also need to get more staff there, ones that know how to clean up spills on the marble floors and remove trash from the hall ways.
The breakfast room was pretty good and offered a variety of things for everyone. The staff they did have seemed freindly and polite and the rooms themselves were clean.
On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it a 3

I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Bremerton, Wa. in the last week of Oct. The hotel is magnificent and I have never experienced such incredible service before. I was here on business and they had a business center that took care of all my logistic needs. The in room wireless internet with high speed was also a big plus. The breakfast was fully equiped with all the trimmings of a local diner. I was late and still they served me til I was finish. Perfect mannered staff and everyone was very bright and willing to help my every need. I stayed on the fourth floor with a king size bed and a plasma tv for my viewing pleasure. I used the full size workout center in the morning and they had a full size pool that I didnt get to used, but looked great. Overall, I spent about $100 dollars on my corporate card and it was very well spent and loved my experience!

This was a great place to sat. We were very satisfied, with the accomidations with this hotel will come back.
