I have never encountered a more accommodating staff. Due to an injury, I needed help getting to a venue and, without me asking, they offered to drive me instead of having to hire a cab! They also returned and picked me up at 11:00 p.m. Food in the cafe was great and the suite was large, beautifully decorated, and COMFORTABLE!! I loved my stay here!

Very nice hotel. Enjoyable free happy hour every evening and impressive complimentary breakfast each morning.

The rooms smelled like a dirty ashtray. We called for extra towels twice before they came. We requested a wake-up call that never came and we missed an appointment. The breakfast was very good but extremely crowded -- due to a wedding party in the hotel. The shuttle into Charleston was great. Five dollars one way with a nice driver. The hotel is well located next to the Arena and close to the Performing Arts Center. Don't book this hotel unless you don't mind a dirty ashtray smell!

My husband was in the area for work so my 6 yr old son & I stayed to relax. The food was good, the staff was great and the indoor pool was COLD. But we would definately stay here again. The breakfast was great and so was the reception with drink and snacks. They just need to heat the indoor pool. It was very cold. Other than that everything was Great!
