This hotel is great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean and the bed was VERY comfortable, I could have slept in that bed all day. Parking across the street very easy to get to. Within walking distance to resturants and night life! Would stay again!

What a nice hotel! Walking distance to everything downtown (Arch, museums, historical sites, river). Hotel staff was wonderful, polite and nice. Our room had a lousy view but we didn't care, it was clean, well-decorated and comfortable. I'm extremely picky on my hotel and Hilton St. Louis Downtown exceeded my expectations. Loved the high ceilings.
I traveled with my teenage daughter, we loved it but there were no small children around - I'd find a more child friendly hotel for kids wanting activities.
Parking is across the street but actually closer than most other hotels - just footsteps away. Parking was expensive at $18 a night and there is parking at another inside lot at other side of street for $8 night, but the hotel parking was card-secured and well lit.
Security was good at this hotel - garage was well-lit, generally downtown business personnel in area, card controlled, with guard on duty. Elevators were card controlled so I felt secured unauthorized persons weren't on floor. Staff on main floor seemed alert and aware of persons in lobby.
Housekeeping actually didn't make it to our room one day. I called for towels and they sent a large stack of warm towels within only a few minutes. The hotel management did not hesitate to quickly compensate me very satisfactorily.
Totally recommend the hotel (unless you have little swimmers). Can't wait to visit the beautiful City of St. Louis again and will definitely stay at this hotel.

This historic hotel doesn't miss a detail. We spent time at the lounge, the restaurant and I even got a chance to hit the gym - every part was terrific. The staff were on their game at every turn - I would definitely go back. BTW location was perfect for touring this friendly city and visiting the stadiums.
A great choice

This hotel was in a great location for all downtown sites. It was in walking distance for downtown places and also the Metro. The rooms were large and well appointed and the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this hotel

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel for my short, last-minute getaway to St. Louis. The price was right, the location was right, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Parking was conveniently located right across the street from the hotel.
If you are looking for a fantastic view of the city from your hotel room, this is not the place to stay! At least that was the experience from my room, anyway. Our view was of a building across the way. Everything else made up for that, though! The room was long and not necessarily big, but it was very clean and elegant.
I recommend dining at Carmine's Steakhouse just down the way from the hotel within walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant, and it looks nice, but I never saw anyone eating there! The bar is small, but serves it's purpose.
Stop searching and stay here!
