Cheap but disgusting
Stayed there three nights. The rooms are ok but the carpet and chairs were a bit dirty. The AC/Heater unit was a bit noisy. The area is convenient and room service is ok as the staff was nice.
Now for the bad..!!! When the lights are out, the creatures come out.
I woke up in the middle of the night to find Cockroaches on my cover, pillow, nightstand etc.. I freaked out. Could not sleep anymore. Thank god I was alone.
Yeap, Cockroaches, at least 5 of them all over the place. I had neither food nor candies but a bottle of in the room. There was a roach in my drink as well.
I will in the future pay the extra $ for a better hotel.
Sorry but this was a disappointing experience

stayed 7 nights, different housekeeping issues daily; sometimes no towels/ toiletries, partly cleaned bathrooms....breakfast buffet well organized and maintained

We heard a lot of outside noise. There were rough looking people in the area and it appeared to be an unsafe neighborhood. We had a stranger knock on our room door at 12:30am in the morning. He was at the wrong room.

If you want a hotel close to St. Petersburg Downtown, this one is a good option. It takes just 5 minutes to get to Tropicana Field. You will not find fancy ammenities but the place is clean, staff is very professional and breakfast is included on the room rate.

Mistakes in type of room. When person on duty tried to fix it, he sent us to a room already occupied.
