The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean, the complimentary breakfast was a hot breakfast with lots of choices, and the outdoor patio was great for relaxing. We did hear someone playing basketball at midnight which woke us up, but it stopped after we called the front desk to complain.

Really nice pool and hot tub........ Excellent area for cooking out........
Located very close to restaurants.........
Suites are kind of small, but okay..........
Also be aware that there are no interior hallways....... All suites open directly to the outside......
And....... NO elevators.......... Lots of exercise getting to that third floor unit.......
But a GOOD VALUE notwithstanding!
Love this place

I booked this hotel through an internet website, I hadn't been to a Summerfield Suites and didn't know what to expect. It was a welcome suprise. The room was immaculate, the area was quiet and the parking was well lit without being intrusive. Breakfast was well presented and coffee was Starbucks. The host upon arrival was not rude, but less than friendly, the morning host was upbeat and a great greet in the morning.
The room I had would be good for a single or a couple. Although it had a sleeper, it was not set up for 2 singles. They had bigger suites available, I had the smallest available.
My only disappointment was that a smoking room was not available. I was told at check-in that there was only one smoking room in the whole facility and it was taken. A cold front had moved in and I wouldn't have chosen to be outside in it. But this wasn't the hotel's fault other than it's not explained clearly on their web site. It gives the impression that there are smoking rooms available. So if you've spent the day in non-smoking facilities and just want to relax and have a cigarette, not the place for you.
definetly will come back!

great location, close to all kind of Restaurants, off the Dallas North Tollroad, very nice set up, just like having your own apartment for the weekend. is lhas the look of a small apt complex with the comodities of a good hotel. it was well worth it.
