We will never stay at an Econo Lodge again. If there were other hotels available that night we would have left. The carpet looked as if its never been cleaned. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold all over, part of the ceiling coming down. There wasn't even a door knob for the bathroom door, not even a hole, just a piece of wood that someone kicked part of it in. Needless to say we did not sleep well that night. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.

Springs poking out of mattress, unsecured toilets, absolutely disgusting carpets - sleep in the street, it would be cleaner.

"As a Reservist, I've stayed in MANY hotels in Charleston. This was the worst. I went to another hotel to show & sleep. I kept the room for the perdiem! No one should stay there. The rooms smell & the carpet is NASTY!!"

Do yourself a big favor and dont stay here. The TV didnt work and it was never fixed. Stoppers missing for the tub and sink. Breakfast was stale donuts. Complaints to the staff fell on deaf ears. My wife is a wheelchair user and she had accessibility issues.

My room was horrible. The bathroom had serious water damage. There were even roaches in the room. I only stayed one night. I had to apologize to my husband for my selection. Awfull experience.
