Stale Food, Unfriendly Service

The continental breakfast included stale sugar for the coffee and jelly and butter as hard (and probably as old as) dirt. The sugar had an expiration date in 2005! When brought to management's attention he shrugged it off and put it back out for others to use. With our keys the management gave us a coupon to Denny's which said "Kids Eat Free." However, the coupon expired in 2004! When asked for another blanket, management pointed to a shelf in a closet and expected my wife to step up and get one even though it was above her reach. The carpet in our room was severly worn. If would not recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was very comfortable, My room was exceptionally clean with refrigerator and microwave. I was surprised and happy that the bed and the room was so clean. I had problems getting my key to work, management saw this and reacted quickly, making sure I was served well. I definetly would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The Manager/Owner does not smile, you are treated as a 'payee'. I now remember the saying, "you get what you pay for". Rooms are in bad shape, staff are unfriendly, good if you only need a place to sleep.
