Disappointing stay

After reserving a roll away bed 3 mo. in advance, the hotel did not have any available when we arrived. My child slept on the floor. Receptionist told us that they do not reserve roll aways for guests even if they reserve them in advance. We were very disappointed and our son was very tired!
