Noisy

There was a party in the Banquet Room until after midnight - the bass shook the pictures on our wall. Afterwards, the party moved to our hallway. People were drinking, screaming and cursing in the halls until after 3am. We called the front desk to complain about the noise, but nothing happened. This is a great hotel for partyers, but if you're looking for any sleep avoid it at all costs. And the beds are very uncomfortable.

One room reeked of cigarette smoke. We had no luggage caddies. They only offered the 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. The refrigerators weren?t plugged in. The hardest mattresses I've ever slept on. 4 broken soda vending machines and ice machine. In all 4 bedrooms, the alarm clocks were at incorrect times. No room service, or list of emergency phone numbers, or how to dial out or the front desk; I had to guess. Most of the staff was rude. Our light bulbs kept blowing out.
